Mr. Tan Ah Lye ("Mr. Tan") transferred 21,346,000 shares in the Company to TAL Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("TALH") for 2,376,888 ordinary shares in TALH. Therefore, Mr. Tan's direct interest in TALH has increased from 14.86% to 28.94%.

For the purpose of Section 4 of the Securities and Futures Act, Cap 289, he is deemed to be interested in the shares held by TALH in the Company.
