On 25 May 2012 SEAVI Advent Equity (C) Ltd ("SEAVI") completed the sale of 123,800,000 ordinary shares to Toyota Tsusho Corporation and the sale of 16,000,000 ordinary shares to Mr. Tan Ah Lye. On 28 May 2012 SEAVI completed the sale of 38,893,200 ordinary shares through married transactions.
